Equipment Hire
All equipment hire is conditional upon either a credit or debit card to be held at the reception desk as a security deposit against the safe return of said clubs. A driving licensee may be required for Golf Buggy hires. In the event that any of the hire equipment is lost or damaged during the course of play, a discretionary fee will be charged.
Bookings Policy
Bookings made, are strictly booked for the time that has been selected by you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to allow your time slot if you arrive late. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation start time, your slot may be given to the next waiting guests without recourse to a refund or an alternative time slot. If you are running late please feel free to call us, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
Cancellation Policy
In the event in which you require your booking to be cancelled, a full refund may be provided depending on the type of booking and as long as at least 48 hours’ notice has been given. Should a booking be cancelled within 48 hours of the booking no refund will be made, however management may reschedule the booking for a later time. Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time will be entitled to neither refund, nor reallocation of time slot. All decisions are at the discretion of management, and final.
